TITLE: HANDLING
1. Purpose: To define methods of handling and protection requirements of products to prevent damage or deterioration.
2. Scope: This procedure applies to all Works Sites.
3. Reference: Nil
4. Responsibility
The respective Site Foreman is responsible for the proper handling and protection of raw materials / works at all stages.
5. Procedure:
The proper method and precautions shall be observed for all handling activities to prevent damage or deterioration to the materials / works and ensure safety of all personnel at the work site.
All operators of handling equipment, that is, tower crane, passenger hoist, crawler crane, mobile crane, forklift and dumper, etc, shall be trained in the proper use of the equipment. Foreman shall ensure that operators / workers involved in handling and transp
