【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the differences and characteristics of the evaluation of petency in loander in different arms of services by revieilitary officers and soldiers in different arms of services anders Scale. 8602% of the questionnaires odel of multistage evaluation. RESULTS: ① Thirtyseven items ultigrade fuzzy set (MFS) scores ( 0477), in s portant”(MFS score 0704), 13 items as “very important”(MFS score = 0704~0599) and 14 items as “less important”(MFS score = 0599~0477). ② Among army, navy and air force, three different armed services, significant differences s (P 005), very important items of the petency model. ③ In 7 different arms of services, a high general consistency s, but significant difference in 4 of the items s of services(P 005). CONCLUSION: Evaluation of petence has its oanders of different armed services and different arms of services. The evaluations about the petency model of their primary military officers made by military officers and soldiers in different arms of service are different at characteristics and structures.
