摘要
市场经济环境要求企业有更好的管理手段和管理工具。ERP 软件作为
企业管理先进思想和计算机技术结合的产物已成为各企业用于提高管理水
平,增强企业竞争力的有力工具。然而,随着企业管理思想和计算机技术
的发展,ERP 系统也面临着新的挑战。本文针对当前 ERP 系统面临的环
境与存在的问题,分两部分说明 ERP 软件关键技术和体系结构。
第一部分重点讨论了以下几方面关键技术问题:
针对 ERP 软件面向 CIMS 集成的特点,为保证 ERP 系统的数据以及
CAD、CAM、CAPP 数据的集成,采用基于 STEP 的 SDAI (Standard
Data Access Interface)实现数据访问集成,并在此基础上参照 ODMG
标准、对 SDAI 进行扩展,提出以中间层 CORBA 对象服务形式整合对
象与关系信息的框架模型,实现对象数据与关系数据的统一访问方法。
提出了一种基于时间槽序列的计算机 JOS 系统快速调度算法,通过记
录和修改每一机器有效时间槽的办法来减少操作在每一机器上搜索可行时
间槽的时间,从而大大提高了计算效率。
引入了面向负荷控制技术及其计算模型,并将其融入 ERP 系统的设计
之中,解决了传统 ERP 系统生产计划控制存在的可控性差的问题。
本文还对数据仓库及人工智能在 ERP 系统中的应用进行了分析。以应
用实例说明,新一代 ERP 系统在面向决策层和具备更高智能性方面应该
考虑更好的解决方案。
第二部分重点从体系结构和实施方面考虑 ERP 系统实现技术。
分析比较了三层体系结构和分布式构件模型方案,提出了基于
CORBA 的 Torrent_ERP 系统体系结构及其集成方式,最后给出了实际
企业应用的 ERP 系统实例。
针对 ERP 系统实施难度大可变因素多的特点,说明 ERP 系统本身具
备可重构的重要性。分析总结了不同行业、不同管理水平对 ERP 系统重
构的要求,采用配置规则和可配置组件结合的方法,给出了基于 CORBA
对象的可重构系统模型。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise must have more effective means of management in the
market economy environment, ERP software as binative result
of advanced enterprise manage ideas puter technology has
became a powerful tool for every manager to improve their manage
level and enhance petitive capability of the enterprise.
However, with the development of the enterprise manage ideas and
computer technology, ERP system is confronted with new challenge.
Aiming at the new environment that ERP system is faced with and
the existent problem, this paper research on the ERP system’s key
technique and it’s architecture as two part.
The first part ,we discuss the ERP system’s key technique .
Aiming at ERP system face the integration of CIMS, to ensure
the data of ERP system and the CAD,CAM and CAPP can be
entegrated ,we use the SDAI based on the STEP to realize the data
accessing, then adopt the standard of ODMG and extend SDAI ,a
frame model which conformity the relation
