2005~2009 年深圳市南山区肺结核疫情分析

摘要:目的通过对近 5 年来南山区肺结核及涂(+)肺结核报告发病情况的分析,了解南山区近年肺结核疫情趋
势。方法采用流行病学回顾性调查对 2005~2009 年的网络直报肺结核传报卡进行流行病学分析,相关数据用
软件进行统计分析,并采用χ2 检验比较差异。结果 5 年间肺结核报告发病率在 2009 年达到高峰 /
10 万,涂(+)肺结核报告发病率则呈逐年下降趋势。结论南山区近年肺结核疫情仍居传染病之首,防控形式不容
忽视。

Analysis of direct online report of tuberculosis incidence in Nanshan Distirct of Shenzhen City in 2005~2009.

Abstract:Aim To understand the incidence and prevalent trend of pulmonary tuberculosis in Nashan District of
Shenzhen. Methods The prevalence of pulmonaruy tuberculosis and incidence of smear positive rate in Nanshan District
of Shenzhen online -reported through infectrious disease reporting system from 2005 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.
The data were analyzed with software. Results The incidence of tuberculosis reached a peak level of /
100 000 in 2009. While the incidence of smear positive rate showed a reduction trend. Conclusion Tuberculosis still
rank the first municable disease in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,and the control activities be strengthened.
