摘要
施工规划是施工技术和施工管理的有机结合体,是指导施工的重要技术经济文件,其中质量、进度、成本控制是管理的要点。本施工规划是为南京世茂外滩新城一期住宅3号楼所编制。
结合实际情况,编制时对项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑,突出施工规划的科学性、适用性及针对性。同时运用进度控制的基本理论知识,从项目管理者的角度出发,对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计,使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析,并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施。以保证施工规划得以很好的实现。·
