摘要
纵观中华历史长廊,经济犯罪与国家的产生如影随形,其对社会的和谐、国家政权的稳定有着极其严重的危害。而宋代是中国封建社会承前启后的转折期,在经济繁荣发展的同时,一系列的社会问题同样尖锐,官员的经济犯罪便是其中之一。宋代统治者对这一问题的认识很清醒,从维护封建阶级统治的角度出发,制定了严格的防范措施,以预防官员经济犯罪。当下,***问题再次被推上了时代的风口浪尖,新一代党的中央领导集体也非常重视反***的制度建设和实际落实,为老百姓心中的义愤填膺注入一针缓和剂。如何有效建立防范机制,如何切实落实反腐制度是有效解决当下社会矛盾的重点所在。本文拟从分析宋代统治者防治官员经济犯罪的具体措施出发,来对当今反腐制度的建设和落实提出有效建议。

Abstract
Throughout the history, economic crime and the production of the country as the shadow follows the form, the national political stability, social harmony has the extremely serious harm. While the song is Chinese feudal society, past andfuture period, it shows a hitherto unknown prosperity, and social problems of that period is also very prominent, the official economic crime is one of Song Dynasty rulers to the understanding of this problem is clear,formulate the strict preventive measures from the maintenance of the interests of the class. At present, the problem of corruption once again pushed in the teeth of the storm of the times, the new generation of the party's centralcollective leadership attaches great importance to the construction of thesystem of anti-corruption and the actual implementation, into the hearts of the people of be filled with righteous indignation into a moderator. How toeffectively establish the prevention mechanism, how to implement the anti-corruption system is the key to solve the social contradiction lies. This articleembarks from the concrete measures analysis of the Song Dynasty rule
