The property pany the measures for the administration of insurance clauses and insurance rates have on January 26, 2010 by the China insurance mission chairman office approval, are hereby released, effective as of April 1, 2010.

Chapter I general provisions
Article 1 in order to improve and strengthen the insurance clauses and insurance rates of property pany's supervision and management, protect the legitimate rights and interests of policy-holder, insurant and beneficiary beneficiary, insurance petition order, encourage innovation property pany, according to the insurance law of the People's Republic of China, these measures are formulated.
Article 2 the term "pany" referred to in these measures refers to the property pany which is approved by the China insurance mission (hereinafter referred to as the circ) and registered in accordance with the law.
The term "insurance institution" referred to in this method refers to the property pany and its branches.
Article 3 the circ shall exercise supervision and control over the insurance clauses and insurance rates of the insurance institutions according to law. The China insurance mission (hereinafter referred to as the sending agency) shall exercise its functions and powers within the scope authorized by the circ.
