[摘要] 目的:评价腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)与幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染之间的关系。方法:将86例腹泻型IBS患者与92例健康体检者对照,用14C-尿素呼气试验法及快速尿素酶法检测HP感染情况,并根据检测结果将46例HP阳性的腹泻型IBS患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组同时给予匹维溴***、思密达治疗4周,观察组同时加用抗HP治疗2周,观察其总有效率。结果:%,%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>)。HP阳性的腹泻型IBS患者疗效比较,%%,差异无显著性(P>)。结论:腹泻型IBS与HP感染之间无明显相关性。
