一、概述General
本生产线适用涤纶中空三维短纤维和普通短纤维的生产(~)
This line is a flexible production line. It can produce polyester fiber (Solid -) and 3-dimensional hollow fiber (-).
二、工艺流程Process flow diagram
1、纺丝工段Spinning section
原料干燥→储料仓→螺杆熔融挤压→熔体过滤→纺丝箱→熔体计量泵→纺丝组件→冷却成形→上油卷绕→落桶
Material dry→Hopper→Melting and extruding→Fusant filtrating→Spinning box→Metering pump→Spinning head→Ring blowing cooling→Oiling and winding→Tow orderly collecting
2、后处理After treatment
集束→导丝→上油→一道牵伸→水浴→二道牵伸→蒸汽加热→三道牵伸→叠丝→
卷曲→ 冷却输送→喷硅油→曳引张力→切断→铺丝→烘干定型→输送打包(三维)
冷却输送→铺丝→干燥定形→曳引张力→切断→输送打包(普纤)
