【摘要】目的:探讨甲状腺结节钙化与甲状腺癌的相关性。方法:回顾分析我院近8年386例甲状腺结节的临床资料。结果:本组386例甲状腺结节中,﹪,﹪;良性303例,恶性83例。甲状腺结节有钙化与无钙化的恶性率,恶性病变与良性病变的钙化发生率,恶性病变中钙化与微钙化的发生率,乳头状癌余其他类型甲状腺癌的微钙化率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:甲状腺结节钙化大多为恶性,尤其是微钙化高度提示为甲状腺癌,特别是乳头状癌。

[Abstract]  Objective: To investigate the correlation between thyroid nodules with calcification and thyroid carcinoma. Methods: a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 386 cases of thyroid nodules in recent 8 years in our hospital. Results: in this group, 386 cases of thyroid nodules, calcification rate was %, micro calcificationrate was %; 303 cases were benign, 83 cases malignant. Thyroid nodules with calcification and calcification incidence rate of malignant, benign and malignantlesions calcification, the incidence of calcification in malignant lesions withmicrocalcifications, there was significant difference between the micro calcification rate of papillary carcinoma than other types of thyroid cancer (P < ). Conclusion:thyroid nodules are malignant, especially microcalcification is highly suggestive ofthyroid cancer, especially papillary carcinoma.
