文档介绍:摘要
本次的毕业设计内容是发电厂600MW机组的热力部分和燃烧系统初步设计。在这次设计中,我采用汽轮机的型式是上海汽轮机厂生产的单轴,四缸四排气,亚临界,一次中间再热,直接空冷凝汽式汽轮机。高压缸叶片为10级(包括调节级),中亚缸叶片为6级,低压缸叶片为2·2·7级。由于空冷机组背压高,变化幅度大,低压缸的零件受温度变化影响大,为保证汽轮发电机的安全运行。低压缸采用落地轴承座,另外设置了专门的排气装置,保证运行中的低压缸不超温。汽轮机抽汽回热级数为7级。锅炉采用的是哈尔滨锅炉厂生产强制循环汽包炉。
这次设计的主要内容是对原则性热力系统和全面性热力系统的拟定和计算,前者主要是按定功率计算方法,对汽轮机汽侧平衡校核、反平衡校核和设计的是否满足要求;并画出原则性热力系统图,设计计算包括原则性热力系统的计算和主要管道的设计温度、设计压力、管道直径、流量的设计计算。在选择辅助设备和汽水管道时,都要用到原则性热力系统计算的数据,因此,它的校对必须符合相关的规定。
后者主要是全面性热力系统各个系统型式的选择及其辅助设备和管道的选择,从而确定全面性热力系统,并绘制出全面性热力系统图。
还包括拟定锅炉制粉燃烧系统,系统中主要管道和设备的计算及选择,并绘制出制粉系统图。

Abstract
The contents of graduation units 600MW power plant bustion system thermal part of the preliminary design, the type I used steam turbine plant in Shanghai's axis, four-cylinder four-exhaust, sub-critical, a reheat, condensing steam turbine directly to air. Leaves of high pressure cylinder 10 (including the regulation level), Central Asia, the leaves of 6-cylinder, low pressure cylinder leaves 2 • 2 • 7 level. Because of high back pressure air cooling units, large amplitude, low-pressure cylinder large part by temperature change, in order to ensure the safe operation of turbine. Use of ground bearing low-pressure cylinder, the other set up a special exhaust devices to ensure the operation of the low pressure cylinder is not over-temperature. Extraction Steam Turbine Series is seven regenerative. Harbin Boiler boiler plant is forced circulation boiler.
The main content of this design principle is to heat the system and prehensive development and calculation of thermal systems, the former is calculated at fixed power, steam turbine side of the balance check, check and counter-balanced design meets the requirements; and draw the plans thermodynamic system in principle, thermal system design calculations including the calculation of principle and the main pipe design temperature, design pressure, pipe diameter, flow design and calculation.
