网上人才信息系统是人才与企业互相了解的一个平台。可以让每一个登入的个人或是企业按照一定的要求来查询信息。个人只能查询企业的信息,相反企业也只能查询个人的信息。而管理员登入,可以对所有的信息进行维护(插入,编辑,删除)。

Abstract
Nowadays society, have number every year sum with ten thousands student graduate , also have a lot of person unemployments, get job problem e the big problem of whole society . therefore need in online create a platform, convenient individual and enterprise get need get job information or talent information.
The talent information system online is just so a platform . it may be used the employment problem of certain solution. this systematic major function is , let personal user or enterprise enter system, may then follow according to own needs inquire , related employment information or is some talent informations.
