摘要
21世纪企业管理的重心将由物质资源的管理转向人本管理,知识将成为企业的关键性资源,人才将成为企业竞争的基础。因此,现代企业的竞争是知识资源的竞争。怎样激发员工的创造性、挖掘员工潜力,从而提高组织效率,是现代企业都在研究的重要课题。尤其是在市场竞争下的民营企业必须结合自身的实际,加以科学化、规范化地建立一整套的员工激励机制,通过对员工的行为目标的引导、塑造、和强化,使劳动者积极主动地发挥自身工作能力不断提高实现企业目标的自觉性和主动性。民营企业激励员工存在片面性,没有长期有效的机制,无法激励员工的热情与效率。本文通过对民营企业员工激励存在问题和相应的措施的研究,得出为民营企业的员工激励建立有效机制是实现企业经济效益和员工工作效率热情双赢局面的关键所在。

Abstract:The 21st century business management's center of gravity will change person this management by physical resources' management, the knowledge will e enterprise's crucial resources, the talented person will e the petition the foundation. Therefore, the modern enterprise'petition is the knowledge petition. How to stimulate staff's creativity, to tap the staff potential, thus the anization efficiency, is the modern enterprise the important topic which studies. Especially must link to own reality under petition's Private enterprise, performs scientific, the standardized establishment one whole set staff incentive mechanism, through to staff's behavior goal's guidance, the mold, and the strengthening, enables the worker positive to display own working ability to enhance unceasingly on own initiative realizes the business goal self-consciousness and the initiative. The Private enterprise drove that the staff has one-sidedness, does not have the long-term effective mechanism, is unable to drive staff's enthusiasm and the efficiency. This article through to the Private enterprise staffs drove that the existence question and the corresponding measure's research, obtains for Private enterprise's staffs drove the establishment effective mechanism is realizes the business economic benefit and the staff working efficiency warm win-win situation key is.
