摘要
随着经济社会发展的多样化、复杂化和人们消费结构、消费观念的转变,现代企业管理在社会文化层面上的观念创新,越来越成为一个紧迫的课题,人本主义即以人为本,是现代企业管理的精华和主题,“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”的科学发展观,对指导现代企业管理观念的创新,树立以人为本的企业管理理念具有重大的理论和实践意义。国际竞争的根本是人才竞争, 是人力资源综合素质的竞争, 人力资源已成为当前最重要的生产要素并将直接决定企业的竞争能力和可持续发展能力。本文结合三洋能源(北京)有限公司的实际情况从以下几方面阐述了关于以人为本的企业管理相关内容:首先是以人为本的企业管理的特征及意义;其次是三洋能源(北京)有限公司管理中存在的问题;最后,分析了三洋能源(北京)有限公司构建以人为本的企业管理的有效途径。
