伴随着社会科技的不断前进,现代汽车车身造型设计也在迅速变革与发展。人机工程学、空气动力学和现代化制造方法的发展促使汽车车身造型的不断更新和完善,传统与创新艺术风格的有机结合也影响着车身总布置的美学实践。然而,每一款新车型的问世都离不开车身造型和它的设计工具,汽车车身布置设计是汽车概念设计阶段的一项相当重要的方案设计工作。
本次设计首先从车身造型设计的研究的意义、研究的任务,研究的方法及未来车身开发的前景进行阐述。并对传统的车身造型设计和现代车身进行了比较说明。对现代汽车总布置设计中已普遍使用的CAXA技术发展进行了详细介绍。
本次设计主要内容是根据人机工程学的理论和在汽车上实际应用的分析,进行车身总布置设计。本文介绍汽车总布置设计工具的人体模型,眼椭圆。提出了综合考虑驾驶员舒适性、视野性、腿部操纵空间、方向盘、顶盖等因素的H 点区域法。CAXA对于提高车身总布置的质量效率缩短产品开发周期具有非常大的现实意义。
