汽车座椅结构设计对汽车驾乘者的舒适感有着很大影响,要求座椅的设计者要在设计产品的时候能充分将人的因素、产品使用的环境因素科学地运用在一起。同时,汽车座椅系统也是保障车辆安全性能的一部分,其结构设计、材料应用的合理性及其质量直接影响到乘员的安全性。由于轿车座椅的特殊性,因此对其舒适性和安全性要求都较高。
随着科学技术的发展和生产力的提高,人们对工作、生活、休息质量的要求不断提高,以前的那种从产品到人的产品设计模式己不能满足日益丰富的工业产品的生产以及广大消费者对工业品的期望。这就要求产品设计者在设计产品的时候能充分将人的因素、产品使用的环境因素甚至整个社会的文明文化合理地、科学地运用其中。在设计中必须始终将人的因素贯穿在整个设计的得始终。
本毕业设计分析了人与座椅的人机关系,并结合我国国民对汽车座椅的使用要求,以人机工程学、汽车设计等学科的理论为依据,以国家和国际标准为准则,对驾驶座椅进行了综合研究。

Abstract
The design of vehicle seat frame has great effect on fort of the people in vehicle, it requires the designer bine human factors and the product’s working environment, and use them scientifically and adequately. Meanwhile, the vehicle seat system is also a part of vehicle security elements, the rationality and quality of its frame and material directly affect the security of the people in vehicle. Because of the particularity of car, it is more important for its seat to fortable and safe.
With development and improvement of productivity of science and technology, people’s request of quality of working, living, and relaxation raise constantly, former product design mode that from products to people that already can’t satisfied the manufacture of abundant industry production and the masses of consumer of industrial products day by day expectation. This requires products designer can take the human a factor when design the products, environmental factor that the products being used, the civilization culture of the even whole society into account rationally, scientifically. Must is it design human factor entirely to run through all the time in design.
This design analyzed the ergonomics relationship between human and vehicle seat, combined the country’s demand on vehicle seat, and made a general research on vehicle seat based on ergonomics in vehicle engineering, vehicle , and the national & international standard.
