航空物流园区以航空飞行器及机场地面配套物流设施为核心服
务手段,为多家航空货代、综合物流企业和物流中心提供公共物流设
施、物流信息服务及综合物流服务。航空物流园区作为物流园区中的
一种,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
枢纽型航空港物流园区则是依托枢纽型航空港发展而成的大型
物流园区。中枢机场的特征是机场枢纽运营模式和高密度、高周频的
航线网络。规划与布局是物流园区建设的关键,合理的规划与布置能
有效、经济、安全地实现园区建设项目的预期目标、发挥航空物流园
区预定功能,是航空物流园区未来高效运行的基础。
本文对枢纽机场、枢纽航空物流园区的特征以及如何科学合理的
规划航空物流园区进行了深入的研究。在此基础上就浦东国际机场物
流园区建设提出了自己的规划设计方案,确定了浦东机场物流园区的
战略定位、功能定位,提出物流分拨区、国际保税物流区、综合经济
开发区等“十大功能分区”,初步设想了浦东机场物流园区组织机构
设置,并为如何利用各方力量建设浦东机场物流园区提出了政策建
议。

Abstract
Air logistics park serves for the air freight forwarder, integrated logistics
enterprise and logistics center by it’s aviation aircraft and airport ground
support logistics facilities. These services include logistics facilities, logistics
information services and integrated logistics service. It’s economic and social
benefits are obvious.
The aviation hub logistics park is one kind of the large scale logistics
park which is depend on the hub airport. The characteristic of the aviation hub
is it’s high-density, high-cycle frequency work. Air Logistics Park
planning and layout is the key-point to build the aviation hub logistics park.
Reasonable planning and effective layout design can effectively achieve the
economic goals. To scheduled play air logistics function is the basis for
highly efficient operation of future aviation hub logistics park.
In this paper, main researches are the features of hub air logistics park,
the method of scientific and rational planning for an aviation hub logistics
park. On this basis, in the case of Shanghai Pudong Airport, the paper gives
the research results: the Pudong Airport Logistics Park's strategic position and
it’s ten function areas: distribution area, bonded logistics area, integrated
logistics service area, etc. This paper also gives some suggestion about the
organization construction and policy for Pudong Airport Logistics Park.
