CO2激光联合白介素2治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效观察
【摘要】目的:评价co2激光联合白介素2治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将入选患者随机分为两组,试验组患者激光治疗后,%***化钠注射液500ml中静脉滴注,1天1次,1周用药5天,共3周。对照组患者激光治疗后,不再进行其他特殊处理。对所有治疗的患者连续随访6个月,观察创面愈合和皮损复发情况。结果:试验组有5例复发,%,对照组有19例复发,%,两组复发率差异比较有统计学意义(χ2=,p<)。结论::co2激光联合白介素2治疗尖锐湿疣,明显降低了尖锐湿疣的复发率,缩短了患者的治疗时间,减轻了患者的痛苦,缓解了他们的心理压力。
