物流业作为一个新兴的战略性产业,是国民经济的重要组成部分,而第三方物流作为“第三利润源”,更是对经济的发展起到重要的作用。但是我国第三方物流企业起步晚,而且自身还存在许多问题,但是随着我国对外开放水平的提高,越来越多的国外大型跨国公司利用资金、技术等开始争夺我国的物流市场,而国内的第三方物流企业近些年也出现很多,所以我国的第三方物流企业面临着巨大的竞争压力。如何提高自身竞争力特别是核心竞争力,以在激烈的市场竞争中取胜,是我国第三方物流企业亟需考虑的问题。
本文首先在第二章提出核心竞争力的概念,重点介绍了核心竞争力的要素。第三章对德邦物流的概括进行简单介绍,同时对其经营范围和业务流程进行了描述,最后指出其存在的问题,这样能够在整体上对德邦物流有一个把握。然后第四章对德邦物流企业的核心竞争力进行分析,最后针对第三章提出的德邦物流企业存在的问题,在本文的第五章提出了具体的解决措施。
通过对德邦物流的研究,我们可以看出我国第三方物流企业的确是存在许多问题,如比较突出的人才缺乏、技术水平相对滞后、信息系统有待完善等等,这不仅仅需要企业自身的努力,同时也需要政府的扶持和帮助,只有这样,我国的第三方物流企业才能逐渐缩小同国外水平的差距,才能有更多的企业有实力参与国际竞争。

Firstly, in the second chapter proposes the concept of petence, focusing on the core elements petitiveness.
