消费者权益保护法若干问题研究
摘要
2013年10月25日,十二届全国人大常委会第五次会议通过了关于修改《消费者权益保护法》的决定。自2014年3月15日起实施。此次对近年来出现的网络购物、个人信息保护等新领域、新问题作出了具体规范。旧行消费者权益保护法施行二十年来,在经济社会生活的各个方面发挥了重要作用。但是,随着经济社会不断发展,我国消费方式、消费结构和消费理念发生很大变化,在消费者权益保护领域出现了不少新情况、新问题,特别是随着信息技术的广泛应用,通过网络、电视、电话等销售商品或者提供服务的方式逐渐兴起。本文借鉴国内相关学者的观点,从对新旧《消费者权益保护法》的介绍以及新法的亮点分析与不足等方面行文,同时提出了自己的见解和观点。

Abstract
