摘要
本论文研究了毛竹叶提取物的抗小鼠耳肿胀的作用。实验将40只昆明种小鼠随机分成消炎痛阳性对照组、生理盐水阴性对照组、毛竹叶总提取物组和毛竹叶粗多糖(haride from moso bamboo leaves,简称PMBL)组,分别进行不同灌胃处理8天后,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,以考察毛竹叶总提取物(主要含多糖及黄酮)和毛竹叶粗多糖的抗炎作用。实验结果如下:生理盐水阴性对照组、消炎痛阳性对照组、± mg、± mg、± mg、± mg,阳性对照、毛竹叶总提取物组和、%、%、%,毛竹叶总提取物组和毛竹叶粗多糖组与阴性对照组相比,肿胀度有显著性差异(P<);和阳性对照组相比肿胀抑制率无显著性差异(P>)。实验结果显示,毛竹叶总提取物和毛竹叶粗多糖对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著抑制作用,且毛竹叶总提取物的抑制效果更好。

Abstract
In this study, Moso bamboo extract the role of anti-mouse ear edema. Experiment the 40 mice were randomly divided into positive control indomethacin, saline negative control group, the total extract of bamboo leaves Moso bamboo group and harides (haride from moso bamboo leaves, referred to as PMBL) groups were fed with different 8 days after treatment, the use of xylene-induced mouse ear edema, in order to examine the total gross bamboo leaves extract (containing mainly harides and flavonoids) and the gross anti-inflammatory effect of harides from bamboo leaves. The results are as follows: saline negative control group, positive control indomethacin, Moso bamboo group and the total extract of bamboo leaves harides gross swelling of mice were ± mg, ± mg, ± mg, ± mg, positive control, Moso bamboo group and the total extract, crude haride g
