人力资源管理是企业发展动力的源泉,是企业可持续发展的根本保障。在竞争日益激烈的社会,伴随着社会主义市场经济的深入发展以及现代企业制度的建立,企业的良性、长远发展愈来愈成为经济繁荣的中流砥柱,在企业的实际运营管理过程中,人力资源成为企业的核心资源。人力资源管理实施的好坏关系到企业的生存和长期的发展。对于企业来说:人才是根本,如何使用人才对企业来说很重要。因此在这个人才紧缺的社会,企业要想生存下去,必须严把人力资源的各个环节与关卡,让人力资源管理真正助飞企业的成长。近年来,许多企业竞争将人力资源开发与管理提高到战略的高度,因为培养属于企业自己,具有企业特色的特殊人才,将在很大程度上决定着一个企业的生命和发展。本文通过定量调查,定性分析等分析方法对沈阳工大重型设备制造有限公司的人员绩效,奖励机制,人力资源管理等方面进行了调查分析,战略管理没有落实到基层,要解决这一问题,必须加强企业的管理,重视企业的战略规划,企业的文化建设,合理利用现有资源,有效发挥战略的杠杆作用。
