摘要
随着我的提高,旅游在人们的生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。旅游业得到了极大的发展,导游队伍也随之壮大起来。导游在旅游活动中起着举足轻重的作用,是旅游业的灵魂,是旅游服务的重要环节之一。因此,加强对导游人员的管理是旅游业发展中所面临的主要问题之一。运用了理论联系实际的方法、综合分析法以及实证分析的方法,本文以沈阳市导游业的建设为例在充分了解沈阳市导游生存状况的基础上, 从导游队伍的年龄结构、性别结构、学历层次、管理层次、从业情况等几个方面对导游的生存状况进行分析, 通过优化沈阳市导游队伍的结构、提高导游人员的整体素质, 加强对沈阳市的兼职导游的管理、提高服务水平,加强导游人员职业权益的维护, 改善沈阳市导游人员从业的环境、以关心爱护为核心、营造温馨友爱的集体氛围策略, 各级政府机构参与管理、发挥导游行业协会和民间团体的作用,使沈阳市的旅游业得到更好、更新、更快的发展。本论文深入分析了沈阳导游业的现状,并针对问题提出了对策性的建议,对旅行社的生存和沈阳旅游业的健康发展有一定的现实意义和应用价值。

Abstract
The tourism is playing a more and more important part as the rapid development of our economy and the increasing of e in people’s lives. The tourism has developed a lot, and so as the guides. Guide plays an important role in tourism activities. It is the soul of tourism; it is a key part of service .It is one of the most important problems to strengthen the management of the guide of tourism
development. Combine theory and practice together ,comprehensive analysis method, based on the construction of guides , it fully understands the survival guide on the basis of the team from age structure, gender, educational background, management level, several aspects to guide the survival condition analysis, through optimizing the structure of guides, improving the overall quality of the guide of , strengthening the management of part-time tour, enhancing service level, strengthen the maintenance of professional rights and guide’s personnel, improving the working environment of the guide, building sweet atmosphere, the collective love at all levels of the government authorities in strategy management, tour association and non-anizations, the tourism in bett
