建材行业配送物流成本控制分析
——以郑州建材市场为例

摘要
物流成本控制是建材企业提高利润率的重要手段,是企业管理的重要组成部分。物流成本控制是在遵循物资供应体制与渠道等各方面合理化,并且保证提供一定水平的物流服务的前提下,运用现代科学技术和科学管理方法,加强对物流各个环节费用的管理,降低物流成本,为企业生产运营提供合格、高水平的物流服务。物流成本的降低意味着物流各个功能、各个环节之间的相互协调性增强,从而将使整个物流系统得到改善,逐步走向合理化,并且不断得到优化。因此加强物流成本的管理对于提高建材企业的经济、社会效益具有更加深刻的意义。论文从建材企业的配送物流成本产生的主要原因及特殊性入手,分析当前郑州建材企业配送物流管理的方式和存在的问题,在肯定已取得成绩的基础上找出不足,并对建材企业的配送物流成本控制的策略进一步提出自己的看法。

Abstract
Logistics cost control is an important means to improve the building materials enterprise profit rate, is an important part of enterprise management. Logistics cost control is reasonable in the following material supply system and channels and other aspects of the premise, and providing a certain level of logistics services, the use of modern science and technology and scientific management methods, to strengthen all aspects of logistics management, reduce logistics costs, to provide qualified, high level of logistics services for the enterprise production operation. Logistics cost reduction means mutual coordination between each link of the logistics function, enhanced, which will make the entire logistics system improved, rationalizing, and constantly optimize. Therefore to strengthen the significance of logistics cost management for improving building enterprise economic, social benefits have deeper. The main causes of the arising from building materials enterprise cost and particularity, the analysis of the current Henan building materials enterprise logistics management mode and existing problems, find out the deficiency in the foundation must have achievements, and the building materials business logistics cost control strategies to further enhance their views.
