摘要
伴随着我国快速的城市化发展进程,出现了“城中村”问题,“城中村”现象,是历史原因和现实发展的产物。本文认为,“城中村”是指在城市化快速推进过程中,在城市总体规划区内或建成区内,原农村居住形态和社会结构以及社会关系网络仍然保留下来,没有机会参与城市新的经济分工,经济形态转为第二、第三产业,以土地及土地附着物为主要生活来源,以地缘关系和血缘关系为基础形成的特殊社区。它在城市化进程中产生,最终也必将在城市化进程中消失。
随着我国城市化进程的进一步快速发展,“城中村”问题己经成为影响我国城市协调发展、功能提升和市民生活质量进一步改善的突出问题,并己成为政府面对的主要难题之一,因此,全国各地改造“城中村”的呼声日益高涨。其中东部沿海发达城市在“城中村”改造中先行一步,并取得了一定的成绩和经验。
本文在分析“城中村”产生的原因及改造的必要性的基础上,结合国内大中城市尤其是沿海城市“城中村”改造的经验,以郑州市为例,对郑州市待改造“城中村”的现状进行了分析,总结出了实施改造所面临的问题,并提出了郑州市开展“城中村”改造工作的基本思路和具体对策。

Abstract
With China's rapid urbanization development process, is the "villages in the city" phenomenon, it is a product of the historical and practical reasons. In this article, "villages in the city" means in promoting the process of rapid urbanization, in the general urban plan into the region or district, the original form of rural housing and social structures and works are still preserved, and no opportunity to participate in the new city's economic division of labor And economic shape to the second and third industries and to land and land fixtures as the main sources of livelihood to geopolitical relations based on blood ties and the formation of a munity. It generated in the process of urbanization, the city will eventually also in the process of disappearing.
As China's urbanization process of further developing rapidly, "villages in the city" has been a coordinated development of China's urban influence, public function and enhance the quality of life to further impr
