题目: 基于无线传输的瓦斯浓度检测仪设计
摘要
在我国,煤炭行业中的瓦斯爆炸事故始终是煤矿安全生产的大敌,目前己成为制约煤矿安全生产的主要因素。因此,实时检测瓦斯气体的浓度变化,对矿井安全运行,人身安全及环境保护有着十分重要的作用。而目前国内矿井中用于瓦斯检测的设备比较落后,这些设备探测范围小,反应时间长,数据传输采用有线方式,且具有成本高、功耗高和设备庞大等特点,不适应大多数煤矿的需求,因此需要研制一种集成化、智能化、小型化、无线化的新型瓦斯检测报警设备,增强矿井的安全监测能力。
本论文将无线传输技术引入矿井瓦斯监测数据传输过程中,从而设计了一种基于无线传输的瓦斯浓度检测仪。使其实现即走即测、即测即发的功能,论文研究成果为矿井安全监测提供了一套切实可行的新的解决方案。
该瓦斯浓度检测仪分为现场部分和手持部分两部分,现场部分是处于瓦斯检测点的部分,这部分主要由瓦斯传感器、信号调理、A/D转换器、单片机、无线发射模块PTR2000组成。而手持部分主要由无线接收模块PTR2000、单片机、显示单元、报警单元等组成。硬件部分主要对如何应用低功耗的AT89C51单片机来完成数据的采集、处理判断、数据的显示和传输等一系列功能作了重点地分析和阐述。而软件部分则对各部分的程序流程作了详细说明。

Title Design of Gas Concentration Detector Based on the Wireless
Transmission Technology
Abstract
In China, the gas explosion accident has always been the greatest problem in the coal industry. At present, it even has e the main factor constraining the safe producing of the coal. Therefore, the real-time detection of the change of gas concentration plays a very important role on the safe operation of mining, personal safety and environmental protection. But in current, domestic detection equipment hung behind the other counties. The detected scopes of these equipments are small, the reaction times are long, and using wire transmission approach in data transmission, these equipment do not meet the needs of majority of coal mines because of the high cost and high power needs and large volumes. It was necessary to develop an integrated, intelligent, small and the new wireless gas detection and alarm equipment. This equipment can enhance the mine safety monitoring capabilities.
This paper introduced the wireless data transmission technology in mine environmental monitoring data transmission process. Thus, a gas concentration detector is designed which based on the wireless transmission technology. So it can moving then detecting and detecting then transmission. This paper’s research findings provided a new feasible solution scheme of mine safety.
