本次设计为湖北省随州市城市污水处理厂初步设计,由于进水N、P含量相对较低,且经深度处理后去除率又不是很高,根据处理程度的要求,污水厂主要采用如下处理构筑物:格栅、污水泵房、沉砂池、Carrousel2000型氧化沟、二沉池、接触消毒池、浓缩池、贮泥池、污泥脱水泵房、计量堰等构筑物。污水处理采用的是新型工艺氧化沟法以代替传统曝气系统;该系统具有高效节能的特点,耐冲击负荷好、出水水质好,可同时脱氮除磷,无需再单设脱氮除磷设施即可满足深度处理出水要求,且具有明显溶解氧浓度梯度,整体体积功率密度低,处理流程简便,而且可不设初沉池和污泥消化池,降低成本,完全符合本设计要求。

Abstract
This design is the preliminary design of urban sewage treatment plants in Suizhou City, due to water N, P content is relatively low, and after the removal by advanced treatment are not very high, according to treatment level requirements, wastewater treatment plant mainly processing structures as follows: grid, sewage pumping stations, grit chamber, Carrousel2000 type oxidation ditch, secondary sedimentation tank, contact disinfection tank, concentration tank, storage basins, sludge dewatering pump, measuring weirs and other structures. Sewage treatment process using the new oxidation ditch to replace the traditional aeration systems; the system is energy efficient features, good resistance to shock loading, water quality, and can also removal nitrogen and phosphorus, do not need to be established facilities for removal nitrogen and phosphorus can also meet the depth of the treated effluent demand, and have significantly dissolved oxygen concentration gradient, the overall volume of low power density, easy processing, and can not set the primary sedimentation tank and sludge digestion tank, thus reduce costs, fully consistent with the design requirements.
