摘要
本次塑料模模具设计是为我们在学完基础理论课、技术基础课和专业课的基础上,所设置的一个重要的实践性教学环节。其目的是:综合运用本专业所学课程的理论和生产实践知识,进行一次塑料模模具设计工作的实践练****从而培养和提高学生独立工作的能力。巩固与扩充“塑料模模具设计”等课程所学的内容,掌握塑料模模具设计的方法和步骤。掌握塑料模模具设计的基本技能,如计算、绘图、查阅设计资料和手册,熟悉标准和规范等。
在注射模具设计过程中,主要应用UG进行了模具结构设计,包括分形面、浇注系统,冷却系统等的设计。
本套模具设计结合了机械制图,CAD公差配合,机械设计,机械制造技术模具工艺学,讲述了塑料模具结构设计的步骤,详细介绍了一套塑料模具设计的全部过程。

Abstract
The plastic mould die design for pletion of our basic theory classes, specialized courses and technical basis, on the basis of an important set by the practical teaching links. Its purpose is: the integrated use of the professional courses by the theory and practice of knowledge production, a plastic mould die design work of the practical exercises, so as to nurture and improve the ability of students to work independently. Consolidation and expansion of "plastic mould die design" courses of study, master plastic mould and die design methods steps. Plastic Mould die design master the basic skills, such puting, graphics, access to design information and manuals, familiar with the standards and norms.
EPSON printers feed axle in the injection mold design process, the main mode of a UG-structural design, including fractal face, pouring system, cooling system design.
