论文拟开发一个人事档案管理系统,该系统以Delphi为主要开发工具,通过ADO与后台数据库Micorosoft SQL Sever 相连接,建立C/S(客户机/服务器)数据库应用系统。系统主要包括系统管理、基本设置、档案管理、系统查询、统计分析、数据维护等六大功能模块。
论文第一章主要介绍人事档案管理系统的特征,及人事档案管理系统在国内外的发展状况、前景与展望、存在的问题;第二章阐述了本论文的Delphi、SQL Server和C/S结构等关键技术,提出利用这些技术开发信息系统的优点;第三章主要介绍系统的设计过程,包括系统设计主旨、总体流程、运行环境、功能结构以及各功能模块设计等几方面内容。第四章主要介绍后台SQL Server数据库的设计;第五章介绍系统的实现,包括主要界面设计及程序代码两部分;第六章总结本论文所述软件系统的主要功能特色和优点,指出尚未完成的功能和存在的缺陷,指出本软件系统进一步完善的思路。

Design and Implementation of a Personnel-Records Management System
--based-on C/S Architecture
Abstract
One plete is scientifically assisted the human engineering software that the enterprise and institution chose a person for a job functions such as department, invitation, trains, uses, encourages, examines and adjustment etc to e the enterprise must to prepare, and it is that to take to the enterprise important and is managing, and is the one set of electronics times human engineering system pletely new reason thought.
This pape has developed a Personnel-Records Management system. This backstage management system regards Delphi as the main developing tool, connect with backstage supporter database Micorosoft SQL Sever through ADO, and set up a data system based-on C/S architecture. System mainly including six major module: system management, basic setting, records management, system query, stat analyse and data maintenance.
Chapter 1 of this pape introduces the characteristics of Personnel-Records Management, and Personnel-Records Management state of development, prospect forecast at home and abroad mainly ,the problem exist now. The Key technique of this subject was expounded by second chapter thesis which includes Delphi, SQL Server and C/S model, and puts forward using the merit of these technological development information systems.
