政府类
1. Housing shortage in big cities can cause severe social consequences. Some people think only government action can solve this problem. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
2.  Some people think the government should pay for health care and education, but other people claim that it can benefit only the workers, not the employers. Do you agree or disagree?
3.  The government is responsible for protecting a nation’s cultural identity. Thus, some people believe new buildings should be built in traditional styles. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
4.  Some people say that governments should pay for the health care and education but other people say that it is not the governments' responsibility. Discuss the both viewpoints and give your opinion.
环境科技类
5. Some people think that individuals are not able improve the environment, only government panies can make a difference. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
6.  With the increasing use of mobile phones, less people tend to write letters. Some people believe that writing letters will pletely. To what extent
