摘 要
本文对精品八音琴装配线主要进行了以下几个方面的研究;
(1) 自动装配线研究现状及发展趋势
在这部分,笔者对近年来国内外自动化装配线的研究应用领域及技术创新等方面进行了资料的收集和整理,在此基础上,介绍了国内外先进自动化装配技术的研究现状和未来的发展趋势。
(2)精品八音琴装配线整体布局分析这部分内容主要是对精品八音琴的组成零部件进行分析,并提出有利于装配
盼合理性改造建议:并且从装配线的全局出发,对各种装配线布局形式进行分析
比较,然后根据选定的装配线布局形式进行装配工位的划分。
(3)头轮组件装配工位机械部分设计
这部分内容是对头轮组件装配工位进行机械方面的设计,包括各个装配动作的实现方法,机械手爪的设计,装配时间分析,装配精度误差计算及装配力的计算和气缸的选型。
(4)装配线控制系统规划及监控软件的设计
这部分内容主要包括两方面,一方面是整条装配线的控制系统规划和实现方法,另一方面是头轮组件装配工位的控制系统设计,编写了此工位的控制程序, 并且试验性的研制了上位机的监控软件。

Abstract
This issue mainly concerns about the following aspects:
(1)Researching situation and developing trend of automation assembly line In thiS part。the author collects much of date about automation assembly 1ine in app]ication and technical creation fields from civil and foreign,pile this base,introduce advanced
technology of automation assembly 1ine.
(2)Analyze the whole layout of automation assembly line about ingenious
music box.
In thiS part,mainly analysiS a11 the parts of the ingenious music box,at the same time,present,some rebuiIding advice which can improve the performance of assembl ed 1 ine:analyze pare al 1 kind of assembly line’S layout,partmentalize working position according the layout of automation assemblY 1ine,which WaS chosen.
(3)The design of ponents assembly in mechanical aspect
In thiS part,we make a design to the ponents assembly in mechanical aspect:the performing means of a11 assembly act,the design
of mechanical hands,the analysiS of assembly time,the calCUlation
of error about assembly preciSion,the calculation of assembly strength,the selection of air cylinder.
(4)The layout of assembly 1ine in control system,the design of
surveillance and control software
There are two aspects in this the layout of assembly 1ine in control system,and the means how to carry it the design of control system which control the assembly working poison of the ponents,at the same pile control—program.
