其消火栓给水系统采用临时高压消防给水系统,消防用水由水泵接合器、室外蓄水池和位于建筑顶层的高位水箱共同供给。首层及标准层每层设4个消火栓,顶层及地下室各设一个消火栓,系统共设有4根竖管,。。消火栓立管的管径为DN100,干管管径为DN125.
自动喷水灭火系统采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,配水管网按端-中式布置并采用下垂式喷头按,,。每层设喷头110个,四层总计440个。自动喷水灭火持续时间为1h,喷淋用水由室外蓄水池、高位水箱和水泵接合器提供。水箱位于建筑物顶层,可容纳15m3的贮水量。
