Binary diffusion in the Nb-Al . solid solution was studied in the temperature range 1350–1550 °C using the diffusion couple technique. The interdiffusion coefficient values varied linearly position in position range 1–3 at.% Al and showed Arrhenius behavior as a function of temperature. The average activation energy was determined to be 80 kcal mol−1 with a frequency factor of 11 × 10−2 cm2 s−1.

Abstract
The regularities in the change of character of the ferrite formation process as a function of Ni1−xZnxFe2O4 solid solution and of the degree of zinc oxide saturation of the Ni1−xZnxO solid solution (x = ; ; ) are established in the temperature range 1220–1305°C.
