备件备品管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS), 它可以对商场的后备仓库业务进行自动化的管理,能够迅速、准确的处理备件入库、出库、计划、调度、图形分析等多种业务模式。它能够为用户提供充足的信息,反映实际事件和流程,提供快速的查询手段,有利于备件的集中管理。同时提高仓库工作人员的工作效率,节约开支。
我们选用SQL Server 2000为后台数据库,前端程序由Microsoft公司的 Visual 开发。开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
系统由九大模块组成,本人主要承担三个模块的设计工作, 包括条码管理、流程管理和资产管理。条码管理具有条码的查询功能;流程管理包括入库、出库、修理、报废、静态数据管理环节,其中入库管理包括条码的生成,这是备件入库的关键;资产管理具有统计的功能。用户可以根据实际的需要选择相应的操作。

Abstract
The system of managing warehouse is a typical application of managing information system (MIS), which may carry on automated management to the market reserve warehouse service . This software can process the many kinds of services pattern, for instance into- storage, out- storage, the plan, the dispatch, the graph analysis and so on. It can provide the sufficient information for the user, reflect the actual event and the flow, provide the fast inquiry method and it is advantageous to the centralized management of spare parts. At this time,it simultaneously enhances the warehouse staff's working efficiency, cuts down on expenditures.
We choose SQL Server 2,000 to take the backstage database, the procedure of front-end develops by Microsoft Corporation's Visual . The development mainly includes building up data-base of back-end and developing the application interface of front-end. The former required consistency and integrality and security of data. The later should make the application powerful and easily used.
This system has nine big mainly undertake three modules design work, including code management, flow management and property management. The code management has the inquiry code function.
