文档介绍:管道缺陷的脉冲远场涡流检测研究
摘要:
国内外许多油气输送管道,海底管道以及油水井,绝大部分使用的都是铁磁性
管道。铁磁性管道随着使用时间的增长,其损坏程度也逐年增加。目前,要对
这些铁磁性管道,特别是油井上的油套管进行在役在线的检测,脉冲涡流检测
技术和远场涡流技术非常适合对这类管道进行检测,不仅可以检测单层管道,
还能有效地同时检测双层甚至多层管道。
本文以远场涡流检测技术和脉冲涡流检测技术为基础,对影响铁磁性管构
件脉冲远场涡流检测的相关参数进行了研究。检测不同线圈间距下对内好外腐
和内好外裂两种管道结构进行脉冲远场涡流检测。结果发现:对于内好外腐组
合管道,线圈间距越大,检测灵敏度越低;而对于内好外裂组合管道,线圈间
距在150mm左右时,检测灵敏度最高。
本文基于脉冲涡流检测技术和远场涡流检测技术,研究了在脉冲远场涡流
检测中,激励线圈和检测线圈间距对检测效果的影响,通过实验对检测的影响
机理做了较细致的分析探讨,为提高脉冲远场涡流检测的效果提供了一定的理
论基础。

ABSTRACT: There are tens of thousands of oil wells, thousands of kilometers of
oil and gaspipelines and submarine pipelines at home and abroad which mostly use
icpipeline. With the increase of these pipes service time, the increasing
trend ic pipeline damage directly affects the growth of the national
economyyear by year. Pulsed eddy current testing technique is a fast and convenient
detectionmethod which is used for on-line detection for the ic pipeline,
especiallyfor oil casing in oil fields. This method can test not only the single-layer
icpipelines, but the multilayer ones effectively.
In this paper, on the basis of the principle of pulsed eddy current, pulse far field
eddy current testing of ic ponent of related parameters were
studied. Tests under different coil spacing internal corruption and in good pulse split
two pipeline structure far field eddy current testing. It is found that for the good
outside pipeline bination, coil spacing, the greater the detection
sensitivity is lower; For good outer crack pipe, coil spacing at about 150 mm, the
highest detection sensitivity.
In this paper, major excitement parameters which affect the pulsed remote field
eddy current testing of ic pipe structures are studied in detail, which
provides some reference for the development of
