摘要
随着我国汽车的发展,国家对汽车的各项排放性能要求也比较高,因此,汽车的设计必须满足国家对机动车的基本要求。本课题是对丰田卡罗拉汽油机进行总体设计。
丰田卡罗拉发动机属于直列四缸汽油机。设计主要通过内燃机的热力计算、动力计算以及部分零部件的强度校核设计了合理的活塞组、曲柄连杆机构、配气机构、燃料供给系、润滑系和冷却系。使丰田卡罗拉发动机达到最佳动力性能以及最小的外型尺寸和最轻的质量,并使整机以零部件具有良好的加工工艺性,能满足汽车对发动机的各方面的要求。其内容包括:内燃机实际循环热力计算、动力学计算、活塞组结构强度计算和连杆的强度计算;并对内燃机设计的目的、任务、时间分配,注意事项以及设计前的准备工作做了必要的说明。最后,通过一些改进,使该汽油机在排放方面能达到较高的标准,从而满足能源与环境的需要。
