Performance Requirement and Test Method of the Passenger Car Steel Wheels Substitution for GB 5334-85
1 Subject and Scope
This standard stipulates the performance requirement and lab test methods of the fatigue test on passenger car wheels
The standards applies to the steel spoke style wheels
2 Test Project
Dynamic Bending Fatigue Test
Dynamic Radial Fatigue Test
3 Test Sample
Test Sample should be brand-new, unused wheels, which has been through all processing procedures, and only one test should be done for each wheel.
4 Dynamic Bending Fatigue Test ( 90°Load)
Test Equipment
The test stand should be equipped with one driven rotation device, and the wheels could rotate under the fixed bending torque; or the wheels are stationary to stand a bending torque with rotation (see Fig 1, and Fig 2).

Test Procedure
Preparation
After adjusting the position of the wheels, rims of the wheels should be fixed tightly on the fixing tooling. The connection stand of the test device should have the
