专门词汇
liquidation 偿还, 清算
. The liquidation group of pany limited by shares is determined by a general meeting of the shareholders. 股份有限公司的清算组由股东大会确定其人选
overheads:公司的日常开支
. We have some money indeed,but we are very sorry that we cannot return the money now,as we have to consider our overheads.
transshipment: 转运
. We usually make a direct shipment unless the customer requires transshipment. 我们通常采取直运,除非顾客要求转运。

缩略语
缩略语一般有以下几种形式:
①使用短语中每个词的首字母构成, 这一形式在缩略语中用得最多: ASEAN( Association of Southeast Asian Nations); VAT (value added tax ); TQC (Total Quality Control)
②只保留头几个或其中几个字母的缩略形式:
Reps( representative); Ads(advertisement)
③利用同音或近音字母组成: BIZ (business); OZ(ounce); B2B(business to business)
④利用单词的第一音节和第二音节构成:
CONDI (condition); NEGO (negotiation)

社会的发展、科学技术的进步以及经济贸易形式与内容的不断发展变化致使新的词汇不断涌现。这些词汇在商务报刊和书籍中大量出现,正在被许多专业人士所熟知并接受。例如: coopetition(竞争性合作); bubbleeconomy (泡沫经济); credit-crunching (紧缩信贷);以及deflation (通货收缩); Euro欧元; E-business电子商务; soft-landing指(经济的)软着陆; cybercash (电子货币) China-Asean Free Trade Area(中国东盟自由贸易区)等新词语。
