随着后现代管理理念在西方的兴起,后现代管理开始进入全世界管理学者的研究视野。后现代管理以其反传统,反权威,大胆标新立异,大胆创新,尊重个性的思想主张为现代管理提供了许多新的思考角度,后现代管理加强现代管理的深刻反省、自我理解和自我修正与扬弃,使“现代管理”在更高的层面回归自身。后现代管理并没有一个确切的定义,但对于后现代管理的研究却为许多实际的管理事物提供了很好的参考,同样丰富了管理的理论框架,在批判的同时提出了思考,促进了管理理论的发展。本文将阐述的是后现代管理对于企业人才保留的作用,并基于后现代管理的思想主张,分别从工作环境、工作支持,薪酬福利、员工发展等方面进行了具体分析,提出了一系列有利于人才留用的具体策略。并论述了后现代管理理念下的人才保留机制与传统管理理念下人才留用机制的不同。

English summary
With the origination of the post-modern management concepts in the West, it has begun to enter the world of modern scholars of management vision. Its ideological essence of anti-traditional, anti-authority, bold innovation, respect for the individuality has provided a lot of new thinking perspective to the modern management . the post-modern management has strengthened the management of deep introspection, self-understanding and self-correction and abandoned, it makes modern management return their own higher Post-modern management does not have a precise definition, but for the management and many practical things ,it provided a good reference, also enriched the management of the theoretical framework, while critical thinking, it promote the management theory Development too. This paper will outline the important role of the post-modern management in personnel retained, and based on the idea of post-modern management ideas,I will analyse from the working environment, support the work, pay and benefits and staff development,then put forward a series of the specific strategy to personnel Retained ,and disscuss the diffirences between the personnel retained mechanism under the post-mordern managemengt concepts and the traditional management concepts.
