财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,是企业整个管理体系的核心,直接关系到企业的生存与发展,是企业可持续发展的一个关键。现代企业财务管理中存在着企业融资困难,资金周转不足,财务风险意识淡薄,依法理财意识淡薄以及财务控制薄弱等问题,企业必须更新财务管理观念,积极利用国家现有政策,加快资金周转,对经营、投资和财务活动进行税收筹划,以人为本,把好用人关,建设忠诚,有责任感,敢于当家的高素质财务队伍,培养自己的现代企业CFO和战略设计师,牢固树立财务管理的观念,重视财务管理,严格依法理财,不断改进内部财务管理制度,立足于我国的传统文化及其变迁发展趋势,借鉴西方先进的财务管理理论中适应于我国经济发展的内容,建立具有中国特色的财务管理模式。抓好财务治理,把有限的资金有效使用,实现“公司价值最大化”,企业健康成长的愿景。
