复合材料可根据原组分材料优点互补特点,因此可设计出综合性能较出色的材料。为满足结构完整性要求,复合材料连接要求能承受一定的静荷载和疲劳荷载。复合材料连接部位较大的应力集中使它成为复合材料结构的重要强度薄弱环节。干涉连接是复合材料接头中非常重要的连接形式。纤维复合材料是人们按照需要创造出来的一类人工结构材料,其主要优点是沿纤维方向具有很高的比强度和比模量,为减轻结构重量提供了很大的潜力。本文重点研究了复合材料干涉连接技术。研究材料为连续碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料:碳/环氧树脂T300/QY8911,以下简称复合材料。
首先,本文对复合材料力学性能进行了全面细致的介绍,概括了该领域的国内外研究现状,并在此基础上引出本文的研究宗旨,从数值模拟方面对其做进一步辅助分析。
其次,,在分析过程中采用静态接触算法模拟铆钉与复合材料板的干涉配合过程。通过对ANSYS数值模拟发现复合材料相同角度铺层的力学性能由一定的相似性。对间隙配合下和干涉配合下结构连接处的力学性能进行比较发现:复合材料层合板合适的干涉配合连接下,应力集中得到缓解,结构连接处的强度得到提高。
再次,、模量比和摩擦系数时的力学性能进行了有限元分析比较。结合研究结果和理论推导表明:当采用合适的干涉量、模量比和摩擦系数时,结构连接处强度得到很好的优化。
最后,本文对研究内容作了总结,针对论文中暂未解决的问题对后续工作作了展望。
