摘要

中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,是推动我国经济发展的重要力量。但随着世界经济全球化、知识化、信息化日益加快,中小企业的生存与发展面临着更大的竞争压力。中小企业要加快发展,就必须加强人力资源管理。目前中小企业人力资源管理在“人-岗”匹配、培训开发、绩效考核、激励机制、薪酬管理等方面存在一些问题,中小企业唯有采取科学的人力资源管理对策才能使企业顺利成长。

ABSTRACT

Medium-sized and small enterprises is the national economy ponent , is the strength driving our country economic growth importance. But globalization, be intellectualizing , informationize peanuts in being accelerated gradually, survival is confronted with with developing petition pressure with world economy. Medium-sized and small enterprises needs to accelerate the development , must reinforce Human Resource Management right away. "The post at present medium-sized and small enterprises human resources is managed in people" mates , that training develops , the achievement effect checks , incentive mechanism , salary payment manage the Human Resource Management countermeasure ability waiting for problem , That medium-sized and small enterprises only adopts the science Human Resource Management countermeasure ability makes enterprise grow up smoothly.
