The Injury Reason
Lack of attention pliance to site rules
Contributing factors:

Prevent falling down from stairs to the other levels
Protect against imbalance to prevent serious injury
Provide support and stability

Comply to site rules, use the hand rail
Intervene/remind others of safe stair behaviour
Do not use mobile phone/ read book or paper on stairs
Do not rush/run/jump while up/down stairs
Double hands on handrail if you are in process area
