本文主要论述了工程项目质量控制和管理中需把握的一些问题。通过对工程项目的现场调查,结合日常管理的一些经验,并借鉴其他参考文献,按照工程进度的节点,分类进行论述。其中,在关键问题上存在着理解上的误差,项目执行上的偏差等,有必要在分析质量控制和管理中的具体问题后,及时总结解决措施。

摘    要
工程项目质量控制是工程建设投资,质量和进度三大目标之一,质量控制关系到项目工程的优劣,关系到相关人员的人身安全,也是能否顺利完成工程项目的关键,可以这么说,工程项目的质量控制是企业立足的根基,也是企业长久发展的保证。并且工程项目的建设具有不可倒推行,即不能像工业产品那样进行拆卸维修。因此,对工程项目质量进行控制就显得非常重要。
本文从工程质量,工程质量控制的涵义和特点作为着眼点,详尽地分析了工程项目质量控制存在的问题,并提出了对工程项目进行质量控制的重要意义和改进措施。
百年大计,质量第一,工程质量是工程项目建设的核心因素,是决定工程建设成败的关键。本文在借鉴其他参考文献的同时,创新性地按照工程进度的节点,分类别地对工程项目质量控制进行了详细的论述。

Abstract
Project quality control of engineering construction investment, quality and progress is one of the three objectives.
