——以宁夏大学电子校务建设为例
摘要
随着信息化的快速发展,电子政务已不再只是政府的专利,已经涉及到企事业单位各个领域。高校电子政务作为教育电子政务的重要组成部分,构建数字化校园的理念已经深入人心。宁夏大学作为211重点院校,近年来通过加强校园信息化建设来实现数字化校园管理和服务,行政效率显著提高,成为新型校务管理活动的重要形式和有效途径。
本文从校园电子校务的服务对象、管理模式、系统架构等方面对电子校务的概念进行界定,通过对宁夏大学校园信息化建设的调查,阐析了高校电子政务发展的基本状况,构建数字化校园的优势。同时发现在电子校务建设中存在缺乏统一规划、办公自动化水平有待进一步提高、信息安全隐患和在线办事能力不高等方面的问题,并对此提出了相应的解决对策和建议。其目的在于使电子校务更好的服务广大师生,提高学校的信息化的水平,实现数字化校园建设和新型校务管理,进而更好的促进高校的内涵发展、特色发展、和谐发展、持续发展。

Abstract
With the development level of information,Using information technology to promote the modernization of management is no longer  a patent of government .It has been involved in e-government enterprises in various fields. Higher education e-government as an important part of e-government,the concept of digital campus building has been popular. Ningxia University, as a 211 key university in recent years, through strengthening of information technology on campus management and digital services , administrative efficiency of Ningxia University has been increased ,E-school has e an important form of new school construction and effective way in university management.
In this paper, the concept of e-school is concept includes serving object、management mode and system inverstigating the construction of campusinform ation in Ningxia University ,it interprets the basic conditions of e-school develepmen and the advantages of digital campus the same time ,there are many problems in building e-school,such as lacking unified planning,the low level of office automation,information security risks and low online petence. Facing this problems,some corresponding measures are put forword. The aim is to provide better serve for our students and teachers, improve the level of information technology in schools,implement digital campus construction and construct new e-school.
