企业信息门户是提供一种对内容、协作和应用的安全、单一访问入口,提供能够将人们集合到一起的集成和协作技术,可以对其进行个性化设计来满足不同用户的需要。信息门户的建设是要将各应用系统的操作界面通过门户平台进行统一设计,统一实现。信息门户的建设将以数据获取和数据整合为核心,通过对各类现有应用系统中信息和数据资源的全面、有机整合来为综合业务网的工作协同服务。
OA 系统是利用先进的科学技术,使人们借助各种信息设备解决处理部分办公业务,达到提高生产率、工作效率和质量,方便管理和决策的目的。OA 系统实现了不同职能部门间的工作流程自动化,使不同部门及其工作人员工作间的协作大大加强,办公效率得到较大提高。而且,以 为基础,办公自动化系统实现了移动办公,组织中资源的利用不再受通讯技术的限制,从而实现了组织内部的电子化和网络化办公。
本文的主要研究工作包含以下内容:
详细探讨了 EIP&OA 的理论和建设方法,分析了莱钢信息化建设的现实情况,结合莱钢集团建设学****型组织,以信息化带动工业化的要求,提出了莱钢 EIP&OA 信息系统的逻辑结构。在系统逻辑结构的基础上,重点研究了莱钢 EIP&OA 系统的功能, 针对莱钢集团有限公司的实际情况,设计开发满足莱钢集团有限公司的实际需求、有效提升管理水平、促进业务发展、高效的办公自动化系统。包括莱钢企业信息门户、办公事务功能、数据交换平台、实时协作等。最后,展望了企业实施 EIP&OA 的前景。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise information portal provides a safe and single entry about contents and cooperation. It also supplies collection and cooperation technology for people. So, we can make individual designs for different customers. The construction of the information portal is designed pleted through the portal platform of the operation interface of all the application systems. The data collection and conformity is its core. So it can serve the through full anic conformity of information of all the present application systems and data resources.
OA system, which adopts the advanced technology, can do some working operation through the information equipment to improve the productivity, the working efficiency and quality to suit for the management and decision. It makes the automation of work e true and strengthens the cooperation ability of different sections so as to get higher working­ efficiency. Furthermore, based on the , working automation system also makes the mobile e true. Without the limitation munication technology, the automatic and working anizations also is realized.
