农民工为农村发展、城市繁荣和我国的现代化建设做出了重大贡献。目前,新生代农民工占我国农民工总数的约 60%以上,新生代农民工已成为农民工的主体。与老一代农民工相比,新生代农民工有着更为执着的“城市梦”他们更加渴望融入城市社会,成为一名真真正正的城市人。然而,在融入城市社会的过程中新生代农民工面临着种种的困境与障碍,难以融入城市社会。为此, 本文以山东省J市S 社区的新生代农民工城市融入的状况为依据,利用有关理论分析与归纳了新生代农民工在经济融入、社会融入、制度融入、心理融入方面所存在的城市融入困境,并在这一基础之上分析与探讨了新生代农民工城市融入困境的原因。最后,本文通过借鉴社会工作的増权理论和优势视角理论提出了社会工作介入新生代农民工城市融入的策略与路径。

Abstract

从 80 年代中期开始,农村剩余劳动力开始大规模的进城务工,至今已有二十多年的历史。到今天为止农民工已经成为了一个独立、庞大的群体,他们为城市的建设和发展做出了重要贡献,极大地推动了我国工业化、城市化和现代化进程。
