浅谈钢结构的防火涂料
摘要: 随着科技的不断发展,许多建筑工程采用了钢制材料,对于钢制的材料现在在我们的生活里并不是很熟悉,对此我将进行钢结构中防火涂料的分类及特性的探讨,对钢结构的防火涂料在技术和应用方面存在的问题进行分析,结合钢的性能考虑一下钢的防火原理,同时钢又有哪些不足之处,为钢结构设计的完整性提供了参考。随着钢结构防火涂料的广泛应用,使用场所的复杂性对防火涂料的性能提出了更高的要求,新型的室外、薄型和超薄型钢结构防火涂料相继被研发出来。为了适应防火涂料的发展现状,对防火涂料的质量作出科学的评价,必须修订原标准。为此,公安部于1996年下达了修订《钢结构防火涂料通用技术条件》的任务,由公安部四川消防研究所标准修订课题组负责完成。该标准的修订是在原标准主体结构不变的情况下,调整某些技术指标并增加室外钢结构防火涂料和薄型、超薄型钢结构防火涂料技术要求和试验方法等内容。

Discussion on the fire protection of steel structure coating and its application
Abstract:With the development of science and technology, many construction projects with the steel material, for the steel material now in our life is not very familiar with, I will be in the steel structure fire retardant coatings classification and characteristics of, on the steel structure fireproof coating in technology and applied to analyze the bined with the performance of steel, consider steel fireproof principle, while steel and what are the ings, for the design of steel structure integrity provides reference. With fire retardant coatings for steel structure is widely used, the use of plexity on the performance of fire retardant coatings has put forward higher requirements, new outdoor, thin and ultra thin fire retardant coatings for steel structures have been developed. In orde
