摘要:企业知识管理对企业的知识积累、知识交流、知识共享及知识创新都非常重要,Wiki 技术是一种应用,具有
开放性、协作性、共享性和易用性等特征。中国水电顾问集团贵阳勘测设计研究院是一家有着 50 年历史的、从事水电站勘
测设计的高科技企业,通过研究 wiki 技术在该院知识管理中的应用实践,探讨 Wiki 技术应用于企业知识管理的诸多优势及
产生的效益。

[Abstract]Enterprise  knowledge  management  is  very  important  to  enterprise  knowledge  accumulation,  knowledge  exchange, 
knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. Wiki is a  application, has some characters, such as openness, cooperation, 
sharing  and  usability.  HydroChina  Guiyang  Engineering  Corporation  is  a  high  technology  enterprise  which  has  been  engaged  in 
hydropower station investigation and design for 50 years history. The thesis discusses some advantages and effects of the application 
of  Wiki  technology  in  enterprise  knowledge  management  through  a  real  application  case  of  wiki  technology  in  knowledge 
management of this corporation .

知识管理作为一门系统的学科是上世纪 90 年代在美国形成的,近几年来在我国也引起了广泛的关注。知识管理的出发
点是把知识视为企业发展的关键资源,并最大限度地掌握和利用知识作为企业竞争和经营的重要策略。而运用集体智慧提高
企业整体的创新能力,是知识管理的最终目的。
