摘要
随着社会的发展以及城市化和工业化进程的不断推进,土地利用变得多样化,土地利用类型也不断变化。本文选取重庆市作为分析对象,自1997年直辖以来,重庆市已成为中国省域经济发展最为迅速的省市之一。重庆市经济发展、三峡水库的修建使得土地利用结构发生了很大的变化。作为中国西南部唯一的直辖市以及长江经济带的“龙尾”,如何协调好生态保护与经济建设的矛盾是重庆市最紧迫的任务。加强对重庆市土地利用现状以及发展潜力的研究,有助于把握重庆市土地利用变化发展规律,为将来土地的合理利用提供参考,并通过调整人类社会经济活动,实现重庆市土地的可持续发展。

Abstract
With the development of the society and the advancement of urbanization and industrialization process of land use e diversified, land use type is also changing. As the analysis object, this article selects chongqing crown since 1997, chongqing has e China's provincial economy one of the most rapidly developing cities and provinces. The construction of economic development, the three gorges reservoir in chongqing makes great changes have taken place in the land use structure. As the only municipality directly under the central government in southwest China and the Yangtze river economic belt \"beaten\", how to coordinate the contradiction between ecological protection and economic development is the most urgent task of chongqing city. To strengthen the research of land use status quo and development potential in chongqing, is helpful to grasp the law of development of land use change in chongqing, provide a reference for the rational use of land in the future, and by adjusting the human social economic activities, realize the sustainable development of land in chongqing.

前言
重庆市自直辖以来,经济社会发展取得重大成就,已经站在新的历史起点上。把重庆建设成为西部地区的重要增长极,长江上游地区的经济中心和城乡统筹发展的直辖市,在西部地区率先实现全面建设小康社会新的历史发展重任,进一步增强保障长江流域生态环境安全的能力,增强重庆市作为全国区域协调发展的战略支点作用,增强重庆市服务于云、贵、川、服务于长江上游、服务于西南地区的功能,建设“森林重庆”、“畅通重庆”、“平安重庆”、“健康重庆”、“宜居重庆”和“两江新区”,加强土地利用宏观调控,统筹安排各类、各区域用地,促进土地资源可持续利用。
